老伯爵（叹气）：家族议会说了算吧。
【画面】家族议会厅，汤姆愤怒地拍桌子，老伯爵却低头签字，将一半家产转给琳达。
汤姆（吼）：爸！你疯了？她出轨！你连争都不争？你这个只会变戏法的窝囊废！
【镜头拉远】汤姆甩门离开，莉莉抱着吱吱，看着老伯爵落寞的背影，老宅的魔术机关轻轻发出咔哒声。

第二幕：老宅保卫战（分批参观版）
【场景】魔术老宅大门，汤姆和儿媳站在门口，脸上堆着假笑，第一批参观的是暴发户夫妇，穿着金戴银，手里拎着名牌包。
汤姆：王老板，李太太，里面请！这老宅可是百年建筑，机关设计独一无二！
莉莉（躲在门后，对吱吱比口型）：第一轮，开工！
吱吱（甩尾巴，钻进门缝）：吱！
桥段1：暴发户夫妇的“财富陷阱”
【画面】暴发户夫妇走进玄关，李太太伸手去摸玄关柜上的古董花瓶，吱吱早已咬断了花瓶下的魔术机关线。花瓶突然倾斜，里面掉出一堆假金币（老伯爵的魔术道具），砸在李太太的名牌包上。
李太太（尖叫）：我的包！这什么破玩意！
【镜头切】王老板想踩地毯走进去，地毯突然从中间分开，露出下面的气垫滑梯（老伯爵的魔术逃生通道），王老板一脚踩空，滑进滑梯，从客厅的魔术箱里钻出来，头上顶着一堆彩色绸带。
王老板（扯掉绸带，气急败坏）：什么鬼房子！全是陷阱，不买了！
【画面】暴发户夫妇甩门走了，汤姆气得直跺脚，吱吱蹲在楼梯扶手上，冲他做鬼脸。
桥段2：文艺开发商的“艺术惊吓”
【场景】第二批参观的是文艺开发商团队，戴着黑框眼镜，手里拿着设计图，一脸考究。
汤姆（赔笑）：张总，您看这老宅的结构，改造成艺术民宿再合适不过了！
【画面】开发商团队走进客厅，想欣赏墙上的魔术海报，吱吱咬动了海报后的机关，海报突然翻转，露出背后的恐怖魔术面具（老伯爵的万圣节道具），面具还会自动弹出来，发出“呜呜”的怪声。
女设计师（捂眼尖叫）：有鬼啊！
【镜头切】开发商想打开落地窗看院子，吱吱提前钻进窗户的齿轮机关里，落地窗突然自动开合，夹了张总的公文包，设计图散落一地，被窗外吹进来的风卷走。
张总（看着飘走的设计图）：这房子邪门得很，项目pass！
【画面】开发商团队落荒而逃，儿媳急得直拍腿：“这老鼠是不是成精了！”
桥段3：退休富豪的“休闲噩梦”
【场景】第三批参观的是退休富豪大爷，拄着拐杖，想找个安静的养老房。
汤姆（殷勤）：李大爷，这老宅特别安静，院子里还有花园呢！
【画面】大爷走到院子里，想坐在藤椅上休息，吱吱早已在藤椅下绑了魔术弹跳机关，大爷一坐上去，直接被弹到半空，掉进旁边的魔术水池（老伯爵练水中逃脱术的池子）里，浑身湿透。
李大爷（爬上岸，咳嗽）：我一把老骨头，可经不起这么折腾！
【镜头切】大爷想回屋换衣服，刚走到门口，吱吱扯动门后的丝线，门上掉下来一堆魔术彩纸，迷了大爷的眼睛，大爷的拐杖还被门夹了，差点摔倒。
李大爷（扔掉拐杖）：这房子送我都不要！
【画面】大爷气冲冲地走了，汤姆彻底爆发：“莉莉！把那只老鼠交出来！不然我亲自抓！”
桥段4：汤姆夫妇的抓鼠大战
【场景】老宅的各个角落，汤姆和儿媳开始亲自抓吱吱，莉莉跟在后面捣乱。
1. 吸尘器乌龙：儿媳推来吸尘器，想吸吱吱，吱吱钻进吸尘器软管，又从另一头窜出来，把儿媳的卷发吸进软管里，儿媳的头发被扯得乱蓬蓬，活像个鸟窝。
2. 粘鼠板陷阱：汤姆在走廊铺了粘鼠板，想引吱吱上去，结果吱吱拖着粘鼠板走到汤姆身后，汤姆一回头踩上去，被粘得死死的，想抬脚又摔了个四脚朝天，还把旁边的魔术道具架撞翻，一堆魔术球砸在他身上。
3. 老鼠笼骗局：儿媳把奶酪放进老鼠笼，吱吱却用小爪子把奶酪勾出来，还往笼子里放了个鞭炮（老伯爵的魔术小道具），儿媳一关上笼子，鞭炮就炸了，笼子被炸得变形，儿媳的脸被熏得黑乎乎的。
4. 楼梯追逐战：汤姆追着吱吱跑上楼梯，吱吱钻进楼梯的暗格，汤姆伸手去掏，暗格里弹出一堆魔术弹簧拳，打得汤姆的手又红又肿，楼梯还突然倾斜（魔术机关），汤姆滚了下去，摔进莉莉提前放的魔术海绵池里。
第三幕：笔记与真相
【场景】老宅的魔术书房，汤姆终于抓住了吱吱的尾巴，莉莉扑过来拽汤姆的胳膊。
莉莉：放开吱吱！这是爸爸的老鼠！
【画面】汤姆的手碰到书架后的暗格，暗格弹开，一本泛黄的《魔术笔记》掉出来。汤姆捡起笔记，翻着翻着，手开始发抖。
汤姆（突然崩溃，蹲在地上哭）：爸……我不是想卖老宅啊！工厂经营不善，二叔公不让银行给我贷款，工人工资都发不出来了……我不卖老宅，他们就得喝西北风啊！

吱吱（跳到笔记上，用爪子指着笔记里的工厂改良设计图）：吱？

第四幕：议会的演讲
【场景】家族议会厅，巨大的圆形会议桌，主位空着，二叔公坐在右侧首位，姑妈坐在左侧，旁听席坐满几十个小家族代表，都交头接耳看热闹。
汤姆（站在厅中央）：我控诉二叔公！他故意阻挠工厂贷款，想整垮我，吞并家族产业！
【镜头扫】议会成员们耸耸肩，有人偷笑，有人低头玩手机，没人当回事。
二叔公（冷笑）：汤姆，拿不出证据，就别在这撒泼。
【画面】汤姆看着众人冷漠的样子，突然情绪爆发，一脚踩上圆形会议桌，手里举着老伯爵的笔记，声音震得屋顶嗡嗡响。
汤姆（嘶吼）：你们以为这事跟你们没关系？！二叔公今天能整我，明天就能整你们任何一个人！我们家族是绑在一根绳上的蚂蚱，他毁了我的工厂，下一步就是你们的农场、商铺！我们家族的今天，就是你们每个小家族的未来！
【镜头切】旁听席的代表们脸色变了，纷纷交头接耳，议会桌上的成员也停下小动作，盯着汤姆。

Scene 4: Tom and His Daughter-in-Law’s Mouse Hunt
Setting: All corners of the manor. Tom and his daughter-in-law start hunting Squeaky down, with Lily following close behind, messing up their plans at every turn.
- Vacuum Cleaner Fiasco: The daughter-in-law wheels out a vacuum cleaner, trying to suck Squeaky in. Squeaky scurries into the vacuum hose, then dart out from the other end, getting the daughter-in-law’s curly hair tangled in the hose. Her hair gets pulled into a messy bird’s nest.
- Sticky Mouse Trap Debacle: Tom lays sticky mouse traps all along the hallway, trying to lure Squeaky into them. Instead, Squeaky drags a trap behind Tom, who steps on it as he turns around. He gets stuck fast—when he tries to lift his foot, he trips and falls flat on his back, knocking over a shelf of magic balls that rain down on top of him.
- Mouse Cage Trick: The daughter-in-law puts cheese inside a mouse cage as bait. Squeaky uses his little paws to hook the cheese out, then places a firecracker (one of the old Earl’s small magic props) inside the cage. As soon as the daughter-in-law closes the cage door, the firecracker goes off, blowing the cage out of shape. Her face gets covered in black soot.
- Staircase Chase: Tom chases Squeaky up the stairs. Squeaky ducks into a hidden compartment in the staircase. Tom reaches in to grab him—spring-loaded boxing gloves pop out of the compartment, punching his hand until it’s red and swollen. The staircase suddenly tilts (another magic mechanism), sending Tom rolling down the stairs and landing in a magic sponge pool Lily had set up earlier.
Act 3: The Notebook and the Truth
Setting: The manor’s magic study. Tom finally manages to grab Squeaky by the tail. Lily pounces on him, pulling at his arm to stop him.Lily: Let Squeaky go! He was Father’s mouse!
Cut to Scene: Tom’s hand bumps against a hidden compartment behind the bookshelf. The compartment pops open, and a yellowed copy of the Magic Notebook falls out. Tom picks it up and flips through the pages—his hands start trembling as he reads.Tom (suddenly breaks down, squatting on the floor and crying): Father… I never wanted to sell the manor! Pan Shot: The council members shrug indifferently. Some snicker, others scroll through their phones—no one takes him seriously.Great Uncle (smirks coldly): Tom, unless you have solid proof, you’re just throwing a tantrum.
Cut to Scene: Tom looks around at the crowd’s apathy, then suddenly loses his temper. He climbs onto the round conference table, holding the old Earl’s notebook high above his head, his voice booming so loud it shakes the rafters.Tom (roars): You think this has nothing to do with you?!
